Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Buyable.in?

Yes, it’s necessary to have Buyable account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides quicker check-out.

Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock' or 'Temporarily Unavailable'?

No, the products listed as ‘Out of Stock’ or ‘Temporarily Unavailable’ are cannot be ordered.

What does 'Out of Stock' mean?

An item is marked as ‘Out of stock’ when it is not available with sellers at the moment, so you won’t be able to buy it now.

Why do I see a shipping charge for an item with?

Sellers may charge a nominal fee for shipping; Shipping is free for items, if the order value is more than ₹500.

How are items packaged?

Products sold by Sellers are shipped in packages with waterproof plastic wrap. Items like Mobile accessories are safely secured with bubble wrap.

Order

I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?

The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery. You can check your SMS for more details on when the courier service will try to deliver again.

Will the delivery be tried again if I'm not able to collect my order the first time?

Couriers make sure that the delivery is re-attempted on the same day or the next working day if you can’t collect your order the first time.

What should I do if my order is approved but hasn't been shipped yet?

Sellers usually ship orders in 24 hours before the delivery date so that they reach you on time. In case your order hasn’t been shipped within this time please contact us at support@buyable.in so that we can look into it.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

An e-mail & SMS will be sent once you’ve successfully placed your order. We’ll also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the ‘My Orders’ section on your Buyable.in account.

Why My Confirmed order gets cancelled by the seller?

In rare occasion your confirmed order gets cancelled due to multiple orders placed at the same time and if the same product goes for out of stock, your order will get cancelled. In that occasion you can contact us with the proof of order cancellation and your bank account details at support@buyable.in, we will check and refund any amount you have paid within next 24 hours.

Why can't I track my order even though it has been shipped?

Courier services usually take upto 24 hours to activate tracking for an order once it’s shipped. We will share the tracing id to you once it is activated. Please check again after the mentioned time frame.

Where can I find the seller's returns policy?

It can be found in our Return Policy

What is the estimated delivery time?

Sellers will ship the product within 24 hours and the same will be delivered within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Why is the 'Cash on Delivery' payment mode not available?

As of now we don’t have the Cash on Delivery payment mode, soon we will have this payment mode option.

How can I place an order?

To place an order, please follow these steps:

  • Select the product you’d like to buy and ‘Check Availability at’ your preferred Pincode
  • Add products to your cart or just hit ‘Buy Now’
  • Choose or ‘Add delivery address’. Use a preferred payment mode and Place the order

How is a 'business day' different from a regular day?

Business days are otherwise known as working days of the week. The expected date of delivery is calculated based on business days. Typically, these include Monday through Saturday. Public holidays and Sundays are usually not considered.

Is EMI payment option available?

No. EMI payment option is unavailable.

Can I pay with any Credit card?

You can choose to pay on Buyable.in with any Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card issued in India.

Can I use any Debit Card to pay for my order?

You can choose to pay for your order on Buyable.in with any Visa, MasterCard or Maestro Debit Card.

How do I pay using a credit or debit card?

You may choose the credit card or debit card option to pay during checkout and enter the details when prompted. You would need to keep your card number, expiry date, three digit CVV number ready, which you can find on your card. For added security, you’ll also need to use your card’s online password that is verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure Code etc.

How can I confirm my payment done on Buyable.in?

You will receive a SMS from our payment gateway with payment id of amount (your paid amount) for Burgeon International is successful. Once you receive this message your payment was confirmed.

Why am I receiving SMS as amount paid for Burgeon International?

Buyable.in is owned and operated by Burgeon International. So any transaction done through Buyable.in for purchasing the products will be made to Burgeon International and you will receive the payment confirmation SMS for the same.

Cancellations & Returns

Is replacement option being available?

No. Replacement option is currently unavailable.

Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the seller's Returns Policy?

No, sellers will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy.

Do I have to return the freebie when I return a product?

Yes, the freebie has to be returned along with the product.

How do returns work?

You can raise a request by sending emails to support@buyable.in

  1. Log into your Buyable.in account
  2. Go to My Account
  3. Click Orders
  4. Note down the Order ID of the product that you want to return
  5. Write a mail with Subject – Return Request for Product ID (Mention the product id)
  6. Write the reason for the return and send the mail.

Once you raise a request, you’ll get an email confirming that your request is being processed. Once your return request is approved, you can ship the item to the below address. Once we received the returned product you will get a refund.

What should I do if I have an issue with my product after the return period?

You can get in touch with the brand or an authorized service centre of the brand to claim the warranty for your product (wherever applicable).

When is a return of an item not possible?

Sellers cannot accept returns of item(s) in the below cases:

  1. When an item is damaged because of use or when it is not in the same condition as you received it
  2. When any consumable item has been used or installed.
  3. When anything is missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories
  4. When items are tampered with or have missing serial numbers

I ordered a wrong item. Can I return it?

The sellers’ does not accept the return of item(s) ordered wrongly.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

NEFT transfer to your bank account – available for all payment modes.

Why have I been asked to ship the item?

When pickup facility is not available for your location as per the courier service providers, you may be asked to self-ship the item back to the seller

  • Self-ship: For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed the shipping costs to your bank account or as a voucher which can be used for future purchases on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.
